How do I place an order?

For all non-personalised cake toppers it is as simple as clicking on the item, choosing the colour, adding it to your basket and paying for it at the checkout!

For personalised items please make sure you put any specific details in the box provided (E.g. name, age, colour, theme/character required)
Tinkerbell Designs does not accept any responsibility for mistakes made in the ordering process so please make sure you check your spelling carefully!

Don't Panic!

Please contact me as soon as you can and I will endeavour to correct any mistakes.
(You can do this via the 'Contact' page or message me directly on instagram)

Please note we can not accept returns on personalised items.  If there is a problem with your order then please contact me! 

How do you send my cake topper?

All orders are sent First Class via Royal Mail.  

PLEASE NOTE: My current turnaround time can change so please check at point of ordering.


I haven't received my order! What do I do?

So sorry you haven't received your order!

Unfortunately sometimes parcels do go missing and whilst we offer proof of postage on all orders, this is not a guarantee of delivery.
Once it has been posted it is in the hands of the Royal Mail and therefore we do not accept responsibility for parcels that have not been delivered.

Occasionally orders can end up at your local sorting office so it is always best to check there first!
